Drums Hotel was first established in 1875
and known as The Coburg Hotel.
It was later owned for a period by the 'Drum' family and as a consequence, the Coburg Hotel became colloquially known to the local community and the public in general as 'Drums'.
Hence the formal naming of the hotel today - Drums Hotel.
Drums Hotel is still family owned and run and is proud to be the cornerstone (literally) of Coburg's entertainment hub.
